1. Our trade marks

The name "NewAct Musicals" and the NewAct Musicals logo are trade marks of PIQ SOLUTIONS INNOLABS SRL, which runs the workshop.

2. How you may refer to them

You may use the name "NewAct Musicals", without asking, to refer fairly and accurately to the workshop: for example in an article, a review or a recommendation, or in a link to the website.

You must not, without our written permission:

  • use the name or the logo in a way that suggests we are involved in, endorse or are associated with something or someone else;
  • alter the logo, for example its colours, proportions or text, or add elements to it or remove elements from it;
  • use the name or the logo for other products, services, websites, domains or accounts.

3. Other marks on this website

Some marks on the website are not ours:

  • piqadot.studio. The "powered by" credit in the website footer shows the piqadot.studio logo, the studio that made the visual identity and the website. The piqadot.studio marks belong to their owner. In its own words: "piqadot.studio, Wissp, Lyrra, Solla and Odda are trade marks of piqadot.studio."
  • Social networks and other services. The names Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, SoundCloud, Spotify, Google Maps, WhatsApp, Tally and Stripe, and their logos, belong to their owners. We use them only to name these services or to link to them.

For permission to use the NewAct Musicals name or logo, or for any question about our trade marks, write to us at newact.musicals@gmail.com. You can also write to us there if you see the name or the logo used in a misleading way.
